These terms cover Farhand's iPhone and iPad app, its host apps for Mac and Windows, the website at farhandapp.com (including the web app) and the Farhand relay service. By using Farhand you agree to them.
Using Farhand
- Only control computers you own or are allowed to control.
- Keep your devices and pairing codes to yourself. Anyone with a computer's pairing key can control it.
- Don't use Farhand to break the law, to access systems without permission, or to disrupt the relay service (for example by sending traffic it isn't meant for, or trying to get around plan limits).
Subscriptions
Pro and Ultra are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its terms. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Plan limits (computers, sessions at the same time, and monthly relay data) are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
The relay service
We work to keep the relay fast and available, but we can't promise it will always be available or suit every use. Connections on your home network don't depend on it.
Your content
What's on your computers is yours. It's end-to-end encrypted and we can't access it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Farhand and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Farhand is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by someone using your devices or pairing keys, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect.
